Champion’s First Issue 40th Year Commemoration Book “Weekly Shonen Champion 40th” Released
As the Weekly Shonen Champion approached its 40th year since its first issue, the “Masterpiece Complete Novel Series” as “Weekly Shonen Champion 40th” has been released in Akiba on February 6. This includes more than 25 compilations and some of these are “Black Jack”, “Dokaben”, “Big Brat”, “Advice for Resolution”, “75 Riders”, etc. in the front page “All new complete production! Weekly Shonen Champion 40 Years of masterpieces revived by master themselves.”
Costs a Whopping 430,000 Yen, Shikinami: Asuka Langley’s Life-Size Figurine (Plug Suit Version) Etc…
Evangelion New Movie Version’s Shikinami: Asuka Langley life-size figurine is displayed in the 2010 Winter Wonder Festival at the Akiyama Studio booth.
In addition there’s also the life size figurine of Ayanami Rei, Evangelion I HF stationary pedestal set, life scale figurine of Astro Boy, “Hottarake Island – Haruka and the Magic Mirror”’s Theo life size figurine, Rerere’s uncle, eel dog and Bakabon’s father all in large size figurines where also displayed in succession.
The design for the life size figurine of Ayanami Rei and Asuka Langley has been supervised by Yoshiyuki Sadomoto and takes around one month for delivery and each cost up to 43,000 yen as the manufacturers suggested retail price including tax and delivery charges is separate.
Evangelion I HF stationary pedestal set costs a whopping 1.25 million yen, while the Astro Boy figurine costs 350,000 yen.
Bakemonogatari Petit Nendoroid and Stationery Are Wonderful with Senjougehara Hitagi and “Crab”
The TV anime which continuously making its historical record for initial sales , “Bakemonogatari” which originates from the light novel of Ishin Nishio, has several figurines presented in the 2010 Winter Wonder Festival.
Scheduled to be release on April 2010 “Petit Nendoroid Bakemonogatari Set First” costs 2,100 yen which includes Senjougehara Hitagi, Araragi Koyomi, and Hanekawa Tsubasa. The “Petit Nendoroid Bakemonogatari Set Second” is scheduled to be release on summer of 2010. It costs 2,100 yen and includes figurines of Ganbaru Suruga, Hachikuji Mayoi, and Sengoku Nadeko. While “Petit Nendoroid Bakemonogatari Set Third” which is also to be release on summer includes Araragi Tsukihi, Araragi Karen and Oshino Shinobi .
There’s also a 1/8 scale figurine of Senjougehara Hitagi which will be release on summer, this model also comes in a stationery.
The action figurine of Senjougehara Hitagi from Gryphon also includes the Hitagi Crab and lots of hand parts. It will available within the year.

Evangelion New Movie Version: Middle 2.22 Release of Both BD and DVD on April 26 Has Been Decided
It has been shown in June 2009, the Evangelion New Movie Version: Destruction’s BD and DVD will be both release on April 26, this information has been introduced few days ago. It’s an announcement from “Evangelion Breaking News” in the Animeju March Edition.
With the BD and DVD will be release on the same date, it will be compiled with the readjusted digital master version 2.22. This is also announced in the official site.

Yoshiyuki Sadomoto “Evangelion” Volume 12 will be Release on April, Accepting of Reservations Start
According to Mr. Yoshiyuki Sadomoto, the comic version of “New Century Evangelion” is a series at present in Young Ace. The same production’s special book volume 12 has been decided to be release on April, accepting of reservations has started. It has been 2 years and 10 months since the last release of volume 11 on June 2007.
Also, concerning the creation of Yoshiyuki Sadomoto of the current special book volume 12, there’ll non-appearance in print starting at the volume 8 in Young Ace.
More than 2000 Variants of Reproducible Emoticons, Rotating Stamps for Emoticons “kaoiro”
From the reader Tarekomi , I have learned that ginghami is selling an original stationery “kaoiro” and purchased it at once.
At first glance at kaoiro, it looks like a general type of rotating stamp, that compositing parts are all emoticons. It has 20 types of parts that when you combine all of it, you can make more than 2000 emoticons; create various emoticons that you can stamp here and everywhere.
The same company also sells speech balloon post-it type “selifusen” which I ordered along with the stamp.
The “selifusen” has two variants, the usual speech balloon and the surprised speech balloon. And the rotating stamp that contains different symbols, it has 7 characters of symbols for you to create the common emoticons. It can also produce 5 character symbols but you have to be careful in pressing it.
Megahouse “One Piece” 4 Figurines Resale Has Been Decided Because of Its Popularity
The resale for the 4 figurines of Megahouse’s “Excellent Model POP One Piece” series has been decided. The four figurines below will be release on June.

From the same series, “Nico Robin” “Ussop” is scheduled to be release on May 2010.

Nendoroid Snow Miku Sold Out At Once; Already at a High Price in Yahoo Auction
February 5 start the 65th Sapporo Snow Festival. In the same event, as a commemoration, there’ll a display of Hatsune Miku’s snow sculpture (Snow Miku), and Good Smile Company had release the “Nendoroid Snow Miku”.
The sale for “Nendoroid Snow Miku” has been divided into two; one will start today and, on the 2010 Winter Wonder Festival on February 7. As for its first release on February 5, it’ll be available at the Good Smile Online Shop and on its special venue at the Sapporo Snow Festival located near the event’s assembly hall at the Municipal Subway Station Toho Sakae.
First, at Good Smile Online Shop, accepting of reservations starts at first hour of February 5, and in the blink of time, it’s sold out! According from “Ryuji Secret Base”, 10 minutes before accepting of reservations start, there were a massive number of users accessing the site, and it has been sold out between 10 to 15 minutes.
Also at the Sapporo Snow Festival assembly hall, although it is scheduled to be release at 8AM of February 5, it was already sold-out at around 7:20AM, that’s why a notice has been posted. That circumstance has been confirmed in Twitter and Twitpic. Also, it has been said that at 4 o’clock in the morning there were already 100 people and around 200 people before the first train has already in line-up.
